We are looking to recruit a Senior Manager within Product Lifecycle Management to our Smart Products & New Business Model team in Stockholm.
WHO DO WE THINK YOU ARE?
We think you are a management consultant with about 20 years of experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) in the automotive or manufacturing industry, used to drive complex end-to-end transformation projects. Furthermore, we believe you are mastering the following PLM topics:
Lead pre-studies that identify challenges, establish a vision, build roadmaps and implementation plans, and quantify benefits
Advice CxOs on how to link strategy, business needs, and IT
Lead projects based on Agile methodologies
Understanding of solutions from PTC, Dassault, Siemens, Aras, and SAP
Lead vendor evaluations
In-depth knowledge of the PLM enterprise ecosystem/architecture (i.e. ERP, MES, EAM, IOT, and data platforms) and connection to Model-based definition, Model Based Systems Engineering, Digital continuity, Digital Thread, and Digital Twin
