hela Sverige Are you an experienced practitioner within the CDD, ODD, and I&S space, wanting to work with prominent clients in a collaborative international company? KPMG Deal Strategy is looking for new team members to our team in Stockholm!
KPMG Deal Strategy is continuing to grow and is looking to expand the team with an experienced practitioner within the CDD, ODD, and I&S space.
Deal Strategy's offering covers the entire deal process, from setting the strategy to performing post-deal support, involving both data-driven analysis and client-interactions. Our projects include but are not limited to:
- M&A strategy and implementation
- Divestment/carve-out strategies and assessments
- Carve-out and post-merger integration planning
- Due diligence (e.g. Commercial, Operational, ESG, IT, etc.)
- Operational strategy and value creation
- Operating model design
We are looking for a consulting professional with approximately 6-10 years' experience from top tier strategic consultancies or Big-4 Deal Advisory teams. Sector experience within Financial Services or Industrial Markets is meriting, as is a proven track record of work with PE and large cap clients.
