Division Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) supports the global IT delivery for H&M and consists of 3 delivery areas which are Business Solutions I&O, Service Management & Support(SM&S) and Infrastructure Services. We are mainly seated in Stockholm and Hong Kong.
The Process Owner role belongs to Service Management & Support and includes full responsibility for design, roadmap and global process performance within the scope. To secure the efficiency of the processes you ensure alignment with H&M business needs and demands and collaborate closely with other process owners, architects, internal stakeholders and service providers. You are a member of the Process Office where you together with other process owner prioritize demands and set the roadmap for the coming years.
To be successful in this role it requires very good communication and collaboration skills. You are a strong and solution oriented Leader with a positive "make it happen" attitude. The work environment is creative and dynamic with high speed and constant changes and still you manage to lead in a structured way with focus on the strategic goals. Your responsibilities
The job of a Senior Manager with Process Ownership at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Global process strategy & operational alignment
• Process documentation, guidelines, wikis and training material
• Training in way of working of internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Process maturity and performance measurement (KPI)
• Demand coordination, design decisions and other activities together with Process Office
• Continual Process Improvement
• Stakeholder management

And your skills include:
• Strong leadership and change management experience from large and complex organizations
• Relevant experience from service desk, operations and development
• Experience of process ownership and architecture within the ITSM area
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Inspiring communication skill both in Swedish and English
• Knowledge about modern multichannel service desk solutions and ITSM tools
• ITIL competence
