The professional service is including network technologies service, network integration service, managed service, network consultant service, and learning service. For example: service quality management, network performance management, spare parts management, managed service by outsourcing/EOT, site solution (green, tower?), data center solution, network design service.
Make business plan of professional service, including market analysis, competition analysis, and product plan.
Make the strategy of professional service product.
Develop and manage roadmap of professional service.
Investigate and manage the requirements of professional service product.
Communicate with operators about requirements of service product.
Qualifications and experience
• Over 10 years work experience in telecommunication, understand telecommunication network.
• Have experience of sales/delivery/develop/manage professional service in telecommunications from telecommunications vendors.
• Have good communication skills with operators
• Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of operators, have an idea of the OPEX of operators.
• Have experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultants.
• Understand the business model of telecommunication service.
• Better to have experience in product management of service product.
