As part of a creative and dynamic team working with an exciting range of new products you will have an overall responsibility for interior physical models and also make sure that all projects are manned with proper skillset and equipment.
You will have truly cross functional role in a multi-cultural team where you will be responsible for the creation of Geely Designs future products in the Lynk & Co brand. Managing our interior clay modeling team, you will deliver top class design models. Based in Lindholmen Gothenburg you will be working closely with our design and engineering teams as well as with our colleagues in Geely China.

Responsibilities and tasks
As a senior manager for interior clay models you will be part of the physical modeling management team. Together the management team is responsible for all physical modelling deliveries at Geely Design.
You will provide resources by attracting, recruiting and planning to match the business needs and define work flow, work process and prerequisites to build an efficient, highly productive team.
You will develop long-term resource, career and competence plans and define tools software/hardware to be used and identify and execute efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Develop new work methods to enhance model quality and timing and being accountable for planning and monitoring budget requirements is also a part of the job.
Requirements
To succeed in your role, you need the capability to lead and support a group of 15-20 people. Have extensive and wide experience from design and clay modeling work in the automotive industry with a minimum 10 years' experience.
Have very good understanding and knowledge of design and process work.
* Technical university or equivalent, solid working experience from automotive industry is required and you master English fluent, both verbally and written.

* You are Communicative have good motivation skills and you are structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills.
