hela Sverige In this position, you are expected to:
• Build a Global People Performance and Analytics function, connecting EE with strategic research (macro data), predictable analysis for workforce planning (recruitment, development) and IPM process coordination.
• IPM process coordination on the global level and GSO Stockholm
• supervising the IPM process,
• workday adaptation of IPM with possible changes (project lead)
• employee support with IPM
• Participate in Workday implementation project group - interface with HR operations org
• Define people data concept and content to collect in Workday (the data is then collected by analysts in WAW)
• Cooperation with Global Insights department to get inspiration and insights from the consultant/consumer analysis
• Coordinating and analyzing people analytics reports to be incorporated into the EE work
• Engagement and pulse surveys for employees - implementation and follow-up
• Cooperation with the Internal Comms team for people data and survey results communication internally and externally
• Cooperation with Global HR Operations on global grading concept and Global Management Team grading and database ownership. Potentially - career framework owner.
University degree in Performance and Analytics or equivalent
• Must have a minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong analytics experience
• Strong performance experience
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care and direct selling industry
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
