As Senior Manager, Finance and Business Control, Fazer Mills Sweden Business Unit you are responsible of providing a solid and clear understanding of our Mills BU's current business performance and formulate an outlook of performance within a shorter and longer planning horizon. You have an important role in supporting profitable growth in all the areas of the Mills business. We have branded consumer businesses and B2B in Sweden, the Nordics and on export markets. You manage and develop business controlling, business planning process and performance management according to guidelines and direction by Fazer Lifestyle Foods Business Area (BA) F&C and Fazer Group Finance. You will have a key role on our upcoming SAP project where you will act as the finance lead. You are responsible of reliable reporting to enable fact-based decisions making. You are also responsible for the relevant financial controlling tasks for the unit. Together with the BU management you ensure a solid business performance to meet set targets. An important responsibility in this position is also the coordination and development of cross-BU common way of working together with BA finance towards country organisations.
In this role you will report to Head of Business Unit and in matrix to VP, FLF BA Finance & Business Control.
You will be located in Lidköping

What you'll bring to the team
We expect you to have a strong orientation to strategic thinking and development. You understand the business logic and performance management of consumer-goods business. Your strengths include analytical, process-oriented and consistent approach and you have good collaboration and interpersonal skills. You manage well complexity and uncertainty and have an ability to use modern technology and tools (SAP, Cognos). You are proactive, development-oriented and willing to influence at all levels throughout the company regardless of reporting lines. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English are mandatory in this position, other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage. You have a master's degree preferably in finance/accounting and you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in business controlling roles.
