The Customer Service Organisation within FedEX Benelux and Nordic's is responsible for providing professional customer service to a range of different customers , B2B and Private Consumers The Senior Manager leads the development and implementation of innovative and commercially viable CE based tactics, initiatives and programs that consistently deliver optimum customer satisfaction, revenue growth and increased differentiation from the competitors. We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the role as Senior Manager Customer Relations in Malmö/Limhamn. . You will lead our Customer Service organisation being the direct manager of three Customer Relation Managers , each with a responsibility for 20-40 Customer Relation Representatives. You will be responsible for establishing and follow up of the department budget.

Kvalifikationer
To enjoy and be successful in this position you should have a strong customer focus and the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders to reach the best result for the business. You have an analytical and result oriented mindset and you are driven by developing yourself and others as well as taking on new challenges. You also have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. You hold a degree in Economics or related field and have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in managerial positions, preferably from an international work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
