We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Contract and Business Management, within our Sales organization. We hope that you want to join our team and continue to grow with us! The role:
You will negotiate agreements with our customers to ensure that terms that are critical for our business are in place. In this role, you report to our Director of Contract and Business Management.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving agreement negotiations with customers and partners around the world.
• Developing agreement templates for all customer relationships and for all different business models.
• Managing business terms with customers within our target markets, which includes: Smartphones, Smartcards, PC, Automotive and IoT.
• Implementing, analyzing and maintaining existing agreements and managing the sales agreement database.

You will belong to the sales organization, but also work closely with Legal Affairs in the agreement negotiations. You will have close cooperation with the other departments of the company in various agreement aspects.

The location for this role is at our Malmö or Gothenburg office. Some travelling will be required from time to time.

Your background:
You have a relevant academic background (typically Master of Science, Master of Business Administration or a Commercial Law degree) together with more than five years of experience from Contract Management, relating to international sales of components, systems and software.

Our technology is implemented in many different products and applications around the world, for example in Smartphones, Smartcards, PC, Automotive and IoT business. We regard it as an advantage if you have a good technical understanding and interest in one or several of our customer segments, in combination with your negotiation skills and professional experience from contract management.

In order to be successful in this job, it is essential that you have outstanding negotiation skills. You have the ability to judge business opportunities and predict and manage potential legal risks. The job requires that you are able to work independently and have the capability of driving multiple agreement negotiations simultaneously. You enjoy the upside of closing deals and work well with tight dead-lines in a fast paced environment. You need to be commercially driven, efficient, well-structured and analytical.

Our customers and partners are located around the world (mainly China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, India, Europe and USA) and you will use English as your everyday language. It is therefore important that you both speak and write English fluently. You communicate professionally and efficiently and are comfortable in making focused and distinct presentations at all levels of an organization.
