Join our Bakery Business Area Marketing & Portfolio team. The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your role in creating taste sensations
Your role is to identify opportunities in Bakery Business Area to support growth and develop and implement commercial concepts that can exploit the potential. You are responsible to develop a strategic roadmap of initiatives to capture future growth potential. You lead the opportunity management process and keep track of our innovation portfolio to ensure optimal balance of short- and long term innovation. You manage cross-functional project teams and run projects from consumer insight creation until the implementation.

You will work in close co-operation with our Group Research, Consumer Insight and Country Unit Category Management as well as external co-operation partners.
We wish from you
To be successful in this position, you have at least 6 years of experience in in applying consumer insights into concrete projects and implementation, preferably from FMCG industry. You possess a relevant master’s degree in marketing/business and excellent project management skills. You are fluent in both English and Swedish; knowledge of other Nordic languages or Russian is beneficial in this role. You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to successfully network with different functions.
