Senior Manager "Architecture Integration"
This is a new team under formation within Electrical Architecture. The team will be responsible for ensuring that Architecture and Base technology concepts are fully implemented in all ECUs in our systems.
The team currently consists of ten very experienced engineers. They work in various areas such as managing system releases, diagnostics data management, managing car configuration, Software Quality Assurance and manage our software issue management system.
Since this is a brand-new team you will play a significant role in setting up the team, create a vision and to set the processes for the work. You will also be responsible for securing that the team is staffed properly.
You will report to Module Team Director Electrical Architecture & Integration and be part of the Module Team management team.
Responsibilities and tasks
As the Senior Manager Architecture Integration, you will take an active role in securing successful implementation of Architecture and Base technology concepts in the ECUs and system that we develop. You work with the team in this as well as with component and sub-system teams.
You and your team will work in close cooperation with people in other functions both within CEVT EA&F, other CEVT departments (other parts of EE Community, Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Quality, PMO) and globally with teams from the Geely Group to secure consistency and conformity in the deliveries as well as to identify and address issues from verification and from the field.
You will lead and develop the team and enable individual development in the team. You will take an active role in the EA & Integration management team and drive improvements both on a team level and on an organization level. We believe in the power of teamwork and together with your team and your stakeholders you will define the way forward, both in terms of technical solution and way of working.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have...
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
* Technical experience in the field of Electrical development
* Leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive and motivate people
* Experience of collaborating with Chinese organizations is meriting
