hela Sverige We are searching for a Senior Manager Aftermarket ESS to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Aftermarket organization based in Stockholm.
Northvolt Systems is launching a new Energy Storage System business area, including new products, market leading global customers and large investments in a new manufacturing site in Poland.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Aftermarket director with responsibility to manage and drive activities needed to develop and implement Aftermarket strategies in the new business area.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In cooperation with key customers develop and implement an efficient and optimized ESS service business, with profitable service offerings
Be the ESS lead within the Aftermarket organization, towards customers and internal projects
Support the development of:
Warranty /Extended warranty process and requirements
Service contracts
Spare part process
Digital services and tools
Service operations footprint and process

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
Experiences from After sales, Aftermarket or Service operations in Energy Storage Systems or Grid solutions
Preferred experience within the renewable energy field, batteries or power systems.
Demonstrated strategic way of thinking about business, product, and technical challenges
Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
Experienced in multicultural work environments
