We currently have the following job opening;

Senior Manager - Powertrain Calibration



The controls and calibration module team within the powertrain integration unit consists of for groups; hardware, software, calibration and projects. We are responsible for complete driveline control solutions for new upcoming vehicles, including electrified variants. Within the module team, you will be line manager for the calibration group with responsibility for calibration, validation and fault tracing. This is an exciting mission where you will play an important role in building up the operations on a global level.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Responsible for calibration of all drivline configurations for the LYNK & CO brand
- Recruit, develop and retain people
- Lead and distribute the work within the area of powertrain calibration
- Develop new technologies such as virtual calibration
- Secure efficient cooperation within the global organization and suppliers



Requirements

- Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience from powertrain calibration
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leading position
- Excellent ability to cooperate within a global organisation
- Fluent in English
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
