SKF Service Division Nordic Region is responsible for sales to the industrial aftermarket in the Nordic countries. The aim for SD Nordic Region is to be recognised as the leader in improving customer profitability in the industrial market through the integration of its knowledge. SKF operates in five platforms: Bearings, Service, Mechatronics, Seals and Lubrication systems. SD Nordic Region is a sales and service organization with 300 employees and with a turnover of 940 MSEK per year.
Job Profile
You will take part in all Nordic SKF industry segments. Your main customer contacts will be high level customer management. Main area is to deliver reliability focused maintenance, shifting maintenance practices from reactive to proactive. This will be done by driving projects in building solid maintenance strategies and by aligning reliability maintenance strategies with customer business goals. You will participate and facilitate change management processes together with customer?s organization. SKF Asset Efficiency Optimization toolbox will become one of your most important work tool. Some tools from AEO toolbox:
• CNA-AM/ES/Lubrication ? assessments for asset management, energy and lubrication
• MSR - maintenance strategy review ? for optimal maintenance plan
• AMST ? Asset management service tool ? RCM/SRCM tool
• CRA ? Criticality analyze ? defining equipment criticality
• RCA ? Root cause analyze ? defining ultimate root cause a tool for continues development
• ODR ? operator driven reliability
• Planning & Scheduling ? for optimal P&S process implementation
• Spares optimization
• General maintenance process development
• PRM ? proactive reliability maintenance
• IMS ? integrated maintenance solutions
You will be part of Nordic Region and SKF Solution Factory making bundled service solutions with your new colleagues meaning packaging several service tools as an optimal customer solution. Value selling will be one of your guiding stars through all processes delivering documented end results.
You will report to Nordic Reliability Systems Development Manager.
Your Profile
• Good business sense: capable to create trustful customer relations, good understanding in business finances
• Documented good technical skills and several years experience in maintenance development
• Documented skills in performance based business contracts (sales & management)
• Excellent leadership skills combined with project management experience
• Ability to work independently, goal oriented and with a power of initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Written and spoken Swedish and English and preferably also Finnish
