Job Summary
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist your main purpose will be: ensure compliance with TPMS process and tools. Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.
Please note that candidates can apply from any location in Nordics (preferably Lund, but Aarhus or Oslo also is an option), the role will be opened according to the successful candidate's location.
Traveling required 20% of working hours.
What you will do
Drive the consistent use and application of the global maintenance process and tools within own area of responsibility, compliance to TPMS (Preventive Maintenance) process schedule. Serve as Business Expert on maintenance related subjects, as required.
Drive continuous improvement activities and maintenance accelerators (like flexible maintenance) to increase system performance after maintenance and first-time right execution in the field
Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance and competitive TCO.
Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution. Audit the delivery of all types of maintenance services before, during and after the event.
Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts.
Support to define and implement our approach to Maintenance mgmt. of Customized processing applications and advanced functions. Support to growth our Services Solutions sales and coverage
Support competence development in maintenance for Service Engineers in collaboration with Competence Development Driver and CSO SDM

We believe you have
5+ years of experience in a technical role in Processing
Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
Very good level of English
Knowledge of MS Office applications Advanced skills in Excel
Team player, sociable, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
Paying attention to details, analytical mindset, results driven attitude
Knowledge of Processing equipment
Experience in the front line with customers
Able to work under pressure
