This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person who is eager to grow and be exposed of a wide range of opportunities as well as be in contact with a broad internal and external interface.

As Senior Reliability Engineer(MRE) you will primarily be responsible for defining and developing the area of maintenance reliability to secure our maintenance is fit for the future of digitalization. For the maintenance reliability team to ensure our maintenance recommendations are supporting our strategic direction of predictable maintenance, it will be required of the Snr. MRE to explore and implement the use of new technologies within maintenance reliability.

The Snr. MRE will also have limited machine system responsibility and be leading smaller Continuous Improvement projects that support the Maintenance business.

The position is based in Lund.


Main responsibilities

• Contribute towards defining and developing the future way of working with maintenance reliability, including the digital transformation required.
• Participate/Lead projects/work streams within Maintenance Services that contribute towards the continuous improvement of the tools and processes needed to deliver on the MR creation, updating, Life Cycle Management as well as our digitalisation journey.
• Lead and/or facilitate FMECA/REM sessions in conjunction with MREs until high level of quality is reached and a systematic process has been developed with Line Engineering
• Participation in other projects that have an indirect impact to the maintenance business that are not run within Maintenance Services, but within Tetra Pak Services
• Mentorship required for newly appointed MRE in the MR team
• Develop and maintain maintenance strategies and recommendations with emphasis on RCM. Limited Machine System responsibility.




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you have a good understanding of maintenance concepts as well as of our filling lines, enabling you to translate customer needs into maintenance strategies and recommendations that support our predictive maintenance strategy. Having a clear vision and understanding of industrial digital trends and how maintenance needs to evolve for Tetra Pak to remain competitive in the future would be a plus.

We think you having a technical, hands-on experience, being a Senior Service Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Senior Automation Specialist or Technical Manager would be the right background needed for this role, but not limited to these positions.

Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.

Your ability to translate business needs into what is needed for the future of predictable maintenance within maintenance reliability will be a key contribution to facilitating the growth of the service business. Your global network, project management abilities and technical capabilities are essential for the success of this role. You need to be comfortable with change and flexible enough to be able to change direction to be able to keep up with the rapid pace of change in the service business.
