Pilot Plant & Logistics - let's introduce ourselves
Pilot Plant & Logistic is leaping towards a great future, and we are in the middle of a challenging and interesting transformation phase where we are preparing the Plant towards next generation of batteries and electrical vehicles. In the heart of this evolution, we're seeking a dynamic logistic engineer for our Prototype Build & Verification team, tasked with streamlining material handling processes for success. If you're seeking a role where you can shape efficient and agile material flows, then this mission is made for you!

Within the Prototype Build & Verification department lies the responsibility for prototype assembly and verification environments, offering an opportunity to move into the world of product development. Here, we provide essential test objects and results to support the advancement of new products. Our facilities cover various components, including Test facilities, Laboratories, Workshops, Concept Center, Measurement Technology and Calibration.

At Pilot Plant & Logistic, we play a vital role in the entire value chain, spanning from specification to the physical assembly of test objects for product and process verification. Consisting of approximately 200 colleagues across six specialized groups, along with expert support functions, our department serves as a foundation for innovation and progress.

What you'll do
Joining our logistics team, you'll contribute to develop the logistic area and securing that the logistics function is working in a proactive way to meet future requirements. Your role involves supporting the team in developing material flow from warehouse to customer, educating logistics personnel and fostering cross-functional collaboration within engineering and other stakeholders to adopt a more data-driven approach. This includes improving material handling IT systems, dashboards, and visibility.

Your critical role extends to optimizing the movement, storage, control of material, products, and equipment across the entire supply chain, adding significant value to the entire process.

Education and Skills
* B.SC within material handling or equivalent experience.
* Experience and knowledge within the field of logistics.
* Experience from leading change and project management.
* Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

It is meritorious if you are analytical and have a high level of experience from analytical tools.

Where You'll do it
Located in Gothenburg, SE. we operate an Office First policy.
