Your Mission
As a Senior Legal Counsel at Truecaller, you have an important role in managing Truecaller?s legal matters and the development of the corporate legal function. You will have a strategic and operational role in contract management, corporate law and corporate governance. Truecaller is a global service and it will also be your challenge to advising the management team on commercial and contract law. Since Truecaller is a fast-moving startup, your work will also include legal support in M&A and funding.
Your Skills
As far as your skills, we?d love to hear about experience like:
• Five or more years' experience as in house counsel and/or from law firms
(Swedish law degree)
• Strong knowledge in corporate and commercial law
• Experience in multinational organizations with vast international operations
• Great negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in high growth owner-operated or venture capital backed firm
• Advanced skills in analyzing and interpreting contractual relationships
• Great presentation skills
• Fluent Swedish and English skills, oral and written.
