History. In your professional life, before applying for a job at Volvo Cars, you have worked at least 10 years as a lawyer at a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel, handling various commercial legal matters and bringing legal problem-solving to businesses. You have also acquired the ability to be a team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mind-set, provide high-quality legal support, without any supervision and often under time pressure. Defining and solving complicated problems that require careful analysis and good judgement is something you excel at. You are able to translate legal advice into actions that deliver business value in the context of global business strategies and lead projects and negotiations of global nature with substantial values involved. You are used to continuously identifying improvement areas and driving change.
