The scientific proficiency is documented primarily through publications in journals with international peer review system. Research experience from different universities, preferably abroad, is meriting. The applicant must have demonstrated significant capacity for cooperation and willingness to develop their area of research with others.
Pedagogical proficiency, ability to obtain external research funding and the ability to develop and manage activities and staff each count to the same extent and jointly - after scientific proficiency - they are given the second largest weight in the assessment.
