hela Sverige As a Senior Learning Leader, you will Manage learning and behavior change projects to attain learning-enabled business outcomes.
As the Senior Learning leader, you will develop long-term, innovative, mutually beneficial strategies for clients to attain learning-enabled business outcomes, recommend, advocate for and obtain stakeholder buy-in across all types of clients for behavior change and learning solutions, and manage complex learning and behavior change projects including project scope definition, project plan development and execution, resource management, risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution.
You will also establish best practices for measurement plans to assess existing learning solution effectiveness and change effort value, lead cross-functional internal performance improvement initiatives, build and maintain internal and external client relationships, and coach other learning architects and consultants on their project work.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of work experience implementing Cerner Millennium as a Senior Learning Leader.
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology.
Expectations:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Ability to travel up to 100%
