But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a passionate Senior Lean Expert to the ALPS (Alfa Laval Production System) Central Team.

Who you are
About the jobALPS is a strategic area developed over a number of years defining the way we work in Operations. It supports value streams and our 4 priorities - safety, quality, delivery and cost. The ALPS Central Team is developing and driving the program and supporting local sites in their deployment.
This job will stimulate both your stategic thinking as well as your operational approach. Your key tasks are program development, coaching and training within ALPS methodology. To be successful you have a sharp ear to local needs and a capability of transforming these into an ALPS program "fit for purpose". You are also able to give hands-on support, coach and mentor but also challenge our Product Group/Factory Management teams to reach next level of performance.
The position is based in Lund and travel days are estimated to about 50-70 days per year.
Who are you?The person we are looking for is a strong team-player but can also perform independently. To establish and maintain good networks you need to be service-minded and have strong communication skills with an open and friendly attitude.
You are organized and quality minded with a strategic mindset.
What you knowYou have a University degree in Engineering, substantial Lean/ALPS experience and demonstrated change leadership skills. You have a pedagogical skill either documented in training experience or from a line manager position. LSS Black Belt education is an advantage.
Your background is either from line management, operations development or consulting with a minimum of 10 years of working experience.
