The Position
Toyota Material Handling Europe is recruiting a Senior Leadership Specialist to our People Engagement team. You will join an ambitious team working within recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, employer branding, competence & talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, and other strategic initiatives within the HR area. In this role you will drive the development and implementation of Toyota Material Handling Europe's leadership capabilities. Our market is developing fast, and we strive to adjust our leadership capabilities to current challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for our leadership development initiatives from planning to delivery, often in cooperation with external suppliers. Together with colleagues in Learning & Development and Talent Management, you work with harmonisation and continuous process improvements together with our European colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as an area manager for leadership
* Design, adjust and implement our leadership capabilities in line with current challenges and opportunities
* Drive of engaging and scalable leadership programs both physically and digitally in cooperation with external suppliers
* Coordinate selection and contracts with external suppliers and partners for deliverables within leadership development
* Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Provide support in leadership development to business and HR leaders on European level
* Ensure skills development opportunities for our leaders to meet the overall company strategy and targets
* Continuous follow up to track learning efficiency and return of investment (ROI)
Your Profile
* At least 5 years' experience working in a leadership learning & development role in an international organisation
* Experience from developing leadership models and implementing leadership programs
* Proficient in digital learning systems & blended learning
* Strategical mindset with high analytical ability and proven project management skills
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
* Relevant academic degree needed
* Fluent in English preferable Swedish
