Baltic Quality reflects the current market demands in helping small and medium-size businesses to streamline their operations with the support of IT.

The idea came at the end of 2005 when we worked at WM-data, currently CGI: Why choose between running the IT function in-house / by Swedish consultants or ?offshore? with IT professionals far away in Asia? There should be another option - at a lower cost than at home, the same or better quality and much closer to our Swedish market.

And it did. Less than 500 km from Stockholm. Nearshore, that is. The best part was that the IT-engineers were at least as high class as the Swedish.

We called it ?Nearshore - Reliable IT for less. ?But even if the price is lower, we have pledged ourselves that the lower price will never be our main argument. Therefore our name is Baltic Quality.

Now we are looking for a Senior Lead Generator to the Swedish Market.

The primary function of this role is to identify and to qualify new customer prospects in BQ's target group (SME), on a very high level, which should contribute to a sales growth and increase the profitability.

To focus on Sales Leads and new Business activities connected to BQ's delivery capacity within its 5 major service areas:

Application Development, Application QA/Test, Application Operation, Application Maintenance, Application Implementation.

To work in close partnership with the rest of BQ's Sales and Management organization.

You must have:

At least 10 years of experience within Sales Management.

A proven track record of:

1) strong, sustained growth; and

2) market recognition within Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Sweden/Norway.

Working experiences in an International environment/cross cultural activities.

Ideally, we want You to have experiences in Nearshoring/Offshoring activities

You must have: Thorough sales/business process understanding·

English written and oral proficiency is a must.

We want You to be independent, a challenger, results-driven, efficient and effective and flexible, open to new ideas and managing challenging situations.

You should operate in accordance with BQ's Values and Business Conduct Guidelines and leads by example.

You will probably work from Stocholm, but You can work from anywhere in Sweden.
