Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Senior Lead Engineer Vehicle Configuration who will
• Lead overall Platform & Vehicle configuration layout from pre-study phase and during the complete product development lifecycle.
• Support the business exploration team, engineering and product development organization with a thorough theoretical and practical knowledge mechanical integration items.
• Identify opportunities and/or implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce costs
• Evaluate the feasibility of new proposals and products.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant experience in the work area, minimum 10 years
• Deep experience in Cad modelling, preferably Nx & Teamcenter
• University engineering education or equivalent experience.
• Driver license B
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have the ability to plan and prioritize.
