We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Key Account Manager /Technical Sales representative for a company in Trollhättan.Start ASAP, 5-month limited contract to begin with.
The assignment involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing initial customer contacts, and generating interest in our testing services within electric driveline testing, as well as cell and battery testing.
Our internal engineers and lab experts provide the deep technical expertise - therefore, we are seeking a consultant skilled in relationship-building, customer understanding, and sales within technically advanced environments.

Main Assignment Responsibilities

Initiate and conduct a Pre-study to:

• identify new potential customers "a sales pipeline" within the automotive industry and adjacent technical sectors.
• identify new potential customers outside automotive industry
• identify sellable scopes for our test services related to the potential customers.

Present Pre-study report live for stakeholders within 4 weeks.

Proactively approach new potential customers establish first contact, create interest, and drive initial discussions regarding customers' testing needs.

Work toward long-term relationships and key accounts and develop a sales pipeline.

Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists to ensure customer needs are matched with our testing capabilities.

Represent the organization at meetings, industry events, and customer visits.

Contribute to quotations, customer proposals, and business documentation in collaboration with internal teams.

Experience and Competence:
• Documented experience in technical sales, Key Account Management, or business development, preferably within areas such as:

Electric drivelines

Test or verification operations

Battery systems

Advanced technology or engineering environments

• A strong and relevant network, preferably within the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, development companies, consulting firms).
• Experience in driving early-stage sales dialogues, building relationships, and understanding customer business needs.

A relationship builder who easily creates trust and opens doors.

Self-driven and result-oriented with the ability to work in a structured manner.

Business-minded and communicative, with the ability to explain technical capabilities in a customer-friendly way.

Curious and interested in electric drive systems, battery technology, and future mobility.

Meritorious

Understanding of testing methods, test centres, or development labs.

Background in the automotive industry or adjacent technical areas such as energy systems, industrial electronics, or drive systems.

Experience working as a consultant or in a commercial role with external customer contact

This is a full-time consultant position in Trollhättan through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 5-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Trollhättan.
