Would you like to work with Nordea's Cyber Security setup that is central to access related governance? We are now looking for an experienced IIQ Developer in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support Nordea's IAM Identity Management team, where you will join a team of other Developers, Business Analysts, Scrum Master and others, focusing on delivering new functionality for the ongoing needs of the leading Nordic bank.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the IAM Identity Management team. We add value by delivering functionality to support the increasing demands for secure access in Nordea, as well as underpin the operational and service delivery units of IAM. As the IIQ Developer in Identity Management team, you will play a key role in maturing our IIQ system, both on the front-end and integrating with existing bank systems on the back-end. You will be expected to develop defined solutions and contribute to IIQ overall stability and maturity.
What you will be doing:
* Performing application development activities to enhance or add a new IIQ functionality to mature the centralized access system
* Collaborating with a team of IIQ Developers to provide the requested changes for the implementation in production environment applying software development good practice guidelines
* Applying your knowledge and experience working in Agile set-up to investigate and fix production issues, as well as adding stable solutions to gradually improve the overall system
* Participating in development forums consisting of Nordic and Polish members focused on SailPoint IIQ development to exchange the ideas and experience, and also to align on the priorities, as well as to exchange the knowledge of industry best practises
* Be involved in prioritisation of development tasks and code reviews

* Are a senior Java Developer
* Have knowledge and exposure to access and ID management
* Have experience within SQL Databases
* Are able to maintain high software quality standards within the team by adhering to good practices and habits
* Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Will participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
* Can contribute to continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, reducing risk and applying automation
* Can work with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain our IIQ system
* Will adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
* Possess strong analytical skills and should be flexible enough to support any ad-hoc request/work
* Have knowledge of IdentityIQ system

Your experience and background:
* 4+ years of working experience as a Java Developer in a large development team
* Experience within source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment to different environments
* Experience within Agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
* Experience in debugging and performance optimization
* Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
* Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
* Initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
* IAM and IIQ connectors development experience would be considered an advantage
* Previous experience in financial institution is nice to have
