As NYX Interactive is growing the OGS team needs to be reinforced with a senior developer. In this position you will be highly involved with all parts of the development, design and implementation of our own OGS product. Working with us means that you have a possibility to influence the development methods as well as the product.
We believe that you are an experienced and highly skilled programmer. You are driven by problem solving and have a strong ability to think “outside the boxâ€. Probably, some of your experience comes from working with transaction intense systems preferably financial or gaming systems. If you have a strong objective to have a key role in developing the platform with a great deal of responsibility this is the right job for you!
Your profile;
• At least 5 years of experience from Java development
• Good understanding of SQL,(we use PostgreSQL)
• Unix/Linux
• Experience of transaction intense systems
Meritorious;
• Knowledge of HTTP
• Understanding of reading and implementing API:s
• Other programming languages such as C++ and Python
• Developing tools such as Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins or Subversion
• Experience with Jetty and JDBC
