hela Sverige As Senior Backend Developer you will get the opportunity to be a part of the development unit, placed within our IT Development department in Malmö. Your area of expertise will be within Verisure's consumer applications, services and platform.
Your day to day work will consist of design and development of new services and integration towards global industry players. As one of few backend developers in the full-stack scrum team, your results really matters and will be seen. We are using modern development tools & processes and trust in microservice architecture as one fundamental moving forward.

What you bring
We would like you to have solid experience of Java backend development in an Agile environment and your current position is probably as a Senior Developer. You also bring expertise on working with large scalable systems and continuously apply it in your daily work.
Regarding technology we would expect you to be confident working with Java (8), Spring Boot, Microservice, REST and messaging queues.
On top of that you have knowledge of continuous integrations and tools like Maven, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, JBoss/Wildfly or equivalent.
You can also interact with technologies such as JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AngularJS, react.js.

As a person you enjoy working with others, exchanging ideas and opinions. You are comfortable in your field and can communicate your know-how to all levels. We also expect you to have a Master of science or equivalent.
You will be part of global projects so the proficiency in English is a must.
