In this role, you will help our organization grow and expand our international reach, and your contribution will be to:
• develop services-based solutions to increase scalability for our core business system.
• our current platform is database driven and your daily work will be to write Java Backend services that migrate the platform into a service-based architecture.
• create, maintain and integrate a business-critical system globally, for all current and future markets within the organization.
What we provide
Our current stack of technologies includes Spring boot, Microservices, REST, Dockers, Ansible, Kubernetes, Sybase, MySQL, etc.
The team is characterized by an open and creative environment with efficient work methods. In total the line team consists of 25 people divided into smaller scrum teams who work close by each other in the projects.
What you bring
• strong previous experience in Java and associated frameworks such as Spring
• you are tech-savvy and have experience in the backend field where you have been working with different technologies, both been working with legacy systems as well as creating new platforms and services.
• experience with scalability or microservices that is highly appreciated
• experience with databases such as MySQL, Sybase/MSSQL.
• you are independent, with the ability to investigate and assess technology, patterns as well as make recommendations about solutions.
• you value the autonomy to structure and ensure your own work and performance.
• you are a true team player who supports others in our team, share information when needed and help to build team spirit.
