We are looking for experienced Java Developers with a minimum five years of relevant work experience, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg. You will work on projects spanning over various industries, providing you with the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges. As a Java Developer at HiQ, you will be a key player in developing and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications, ensuring performance and reliability
• Collaborate with clients and team members to define and understand project requirements
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing code
• Participate in technical design and architecture
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on the latest Java and related technologies.
Who are you?
You have a university degree in computer science or related field. You have proven experience as an Enterprise Java Software Engineer, .NET Software Engineer. You have worked in Java and the Java EE (Enterprise Edition) framework. You are familiar with surrounding technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architecture. You have strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL databases. You have knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.). You have experience from version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills.
You are unhindered in Swedish and English, both in written and verbal.
