We are looking for a Senior ITAM (IT Application Manager) to be maintenance responsible and coordinator for a small portfolio of application and IT service deliveries at local Sales Companies within VCC.
We are a team of about 30 IT professionals within Volvo Cars IT with a responsibility to deliver application maintenance and services within MSS&PB (Marketing, Sales, Customes Services & Purchasing, Business Administration), but has an increasing responsibility to also support the businesses locally at the markets with global services.
Within our application maintenance portfolio we deliver IT operational services to e.g. Order to Delivery, Customer Relationship Mgmt, Digital Excellence, Retail Systems, Parts and Logistics, Technical Workshop Services, Purchasing, Finance, Security, Legal and Public Affairs.
You will work with governance of IT services to find synergies and increase efficiency, as well as act as Coordinator/Team leader for a small group of ITAM's working with local applications, and interact with fellow colleagues to support markets with e.g. local adaptations of core solutions.
You will also have a close cooperation with the Regional IT Managers.
Additionally you will from a Maintenance Governance perspective be responsible for the master plan of our global applications rollouts to the markets.
You will report to the Senior IT Manager MSS&PB. The position is preferably based in Gothenburg.

An academic background
Solid understanding of value added IT to enhance business processes
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Strong leadership and team building skills

Mindset of a Project manager and Entrepreneur, willing to drive Change
Diplomatic skills but also to be brave and courageous
Potential to grow in the assignment
