hela Sverige In Platform Integration, we are now looking for two new colleagues to build up the test capability in the Accounting Data Integration team.
One role will be more related to our line organisations development portfolio and implementation of the test strategy and routines. The other role will be to assist our large projects with test management.

The position we offer
In the Accounting Data Integration team, our mission is to secure data integrity (valid, accurate, complete and traceable) for primarily the accounting data, but also all other data handled in Group Function used for business reporting, regulatory reporting, the general ledger, group result and general data analysis.
As a Senior IT Test Manager, you will have a leading role in implementing and running a test regime in compliance with our standards. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating test activities for the test framework, covering test of both functional and the non-functional requirements to ensure deliveries with high quality and robust solutions.
You will be located in Stockholm, primarily in nice and modern premises in Kista, with some days in the city in connection with meetings. Some travelling in the Nordics and Poland is to be expected.
The qualifications you need
We believe that you are a multi-skilled IT professional, acknowledged for your energetic drive. You enjoy working with analysis and you have a genuine interest for test.
You are a team player, with ability to see your role in the value chain, and you are committed to build relationships with our partners.
Furthermore, you:
• Have leadership skills, able to drive test deliveries and coordinate people in a large context.
• Have experience within the bank and finance area.
• Have extensive experience in how to implement and improve existing test processes and testing in a complex maintenance/development environment.
• Can adapt your knowledge and experience of structured testing and test automation, into actionable test deliveries in teams and across projects or programmes.
• Have experience in testing and quality assurance methodologies, test tools and best practices, as well as of working in agile projects.
• Have certification at ISTQB Foundation Level, ISTQB Advanced Test manager or corresponding Test Management education.
It's a plus if you have experience of large, complex organisations and appreciate the possibilities it gives.
Finally, you hold a degree in computer science/informatics or have equivalent experience, and you are fluent in written and spoken Swedish as well as in English.
