We are looking for Senior IT Test Manager who can drive all the QA activities according to Nordea standard, and is familiar with different types of testing functional, non-functional and also test automation.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Trade Finance Systems team. We add value by assisting exporting and importing customers with payment, financing and risk management services through, e.g. Guarantees, Documentary Credits and Collections.
What you'll be doing:
* Responsible for ensuring all QA activities in Trade Solutions Agile Release Train (ART) are conducted in an efficient way and compliant with Nordea Test Strategy. Facilitate and improve test process in the ART, ensure the teams operate within its boundaries
* Create and maintain documentation on test architecture (process, environments, data, tools) and test results to make them visible and traceable for everyone in the ART
* Participate and contribute to ART's planning and execution by coordinating the necessary resources beforehand, producing test plans together with testers and rest of the team, identifying dependencies and aligning test plans across initiatives
* Collaborate with business and SMEs to understand the quality requirement for products, communicate test plans in advance to ensure availability of various testing support from business users
* Oversee the test progress and result, sync regularly to relevant stakeholders. Take actions proactively to ensure all testing activities can complete in the scheduled timeframe
* Act as the main contact point inside and outside ART for quality related topics
* Work closely with release manager and contribute to release planning, providing feedback and assessment on the overall product quality based on test results, metrics, defect status
* Manage test activities for production incidents fixes and releases, as well as defect management in lower environments
* Coach and share knowledge with team members on QA skills and best practices
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have knowledge and experience working as test manager with scrum team(s), preferred under SAFe and are able to think and manage work in an agile way
* Have experience in test planning and defining test strategies, ability to drive all the QA practices according to Nordea Test Strategy and Nordea Test Framework
* Are able to align expectations and drive all types of testing, both functional and non-functional. For example regression test, smoke test, integration test, acceptance test, performance test, etc. Able to drive and promote test automation across ART to improve test efficiency and quality
* Are willing to learn and understand product functionalities, and provide hands on support on test execution when needed
* Are able to work in an organized and structured way, always have a good overview on the status and able to foresee any potential risk and dependencies in order to have good quality control
* Have strong skills in driving issues, work independently and follow-up issues with e.g. external vendors and other Nordea teams. Be a true problem solver.
* Have a highly proactive attitude and feel committed and engaged for high quality deliveries
* Are easy to collaborate and have good English communication skills
