About the position
Perido is looking for an experienced IT/tech-recruiter to our customer, who is a global giant within the automobile sector. The placement of the assignment is in Gothenburg but in these pandemic times one is encouraged to work at home with the ambition to soon return to the office, when the time is right.
Your daily tasks
In this senior role you can expect a broad array of tasks and responsibility. In close collaboration with another senior recruiter and hiring managers, your main mission is to help to attract great talents to the company. Please find the specific tasks below:
Advisor to, and support, hiring managers
Build and maintain a pool of key talents around the globe for upcoming recruitments
Work proactive with sourcing, searching, and connecting with possible candidates
Work with recruitment activities as screening, interviews and conducting psychometric tests.
Support local management in Lund with recruitment related questions
Plan onboarding process for new employees
Participate in events
Ensure candidates aligns with the company's culture and values
Your qualifications

Requirements
University degree in HR och equivalent
5 years of experience in recruitment/search (preferably within SW Engineering, Tech or IT)
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Meritorious
Experience in proactive search
Experience from working in a global environment
Experience and certifications in psychometric
Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Consulting assignment. Start 2021-05-11 until 2021-12-31, with the possibility of extension.
