The Senior IT Support Specialist is a cornerstone of the Global IT Support team, acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues inside the Global IT Site Support team. This individual will play a key role in elevating service quality, improving documentation, and enhancing operational workflows across the organization. Additionally this role will require Global Support incident/ticket reviews to provide adequate coaching to peers on technical troubleshooting, documentation, and customer engagement. Strong communication, comfortability with ambiguity, and the ability to stay focused on the big picture, are key attributes for this position. Depending on assignment, this may include driving 'Deflection Engineering', leading operational 2 improvements, or supporting strategic collaboration with teams such as Engineering, Business Operations, and other Technology Services (TS) groups, all with the goal of minimizing disruption, improving efficiency, and scaling IT support capability. This senior-level position blends deep technical expertise with strategic cross regional and team impact.
