hela Sverige For our client Atlas Copco we are currently looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist.

Mission:
You will be a member of the Atlas Copco IT support organization and your role will be to provide support to the executive management team in their everyday use of IT and IT related devices.
You have a positive approach towards innovation and new technology and you enjoy proactively study, test and suggest further development and improvement of existing portfolio of IT services.
Responsibilities:
You will be providing consultancy, proactive support to the executive management team and you will support use as well as further development of various IT services and applications.
As you are good at using the technical solutions you will train, educate and provide guidance for the end users in existing and new IT technologies. You will also help to improve user's skills to achieve easy-of use of IT technologies.
Other responsibilities will include: provide end user feedback regarding various IT technologies to the responsible service owners in order to improve IT services performance.
To contribute on the end user training documentation, e-learning and other support guidelines
Experience and requirements:
We believe you have excellent social and communication skills and have the ability to explain complex technical matters in a business language.
We see the right person for this role as a mature person with previous experience working in an Enterprise environment.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and you are able to take business needs and implement solutions that fulfill the requirements.
The technical requirements are:
Experience with client computing, preferably supporting executive team members, Mobile device management, Web based or Cloud applications
Familiar with basic IT technologies and applications and understand how they are set up.
Good know how of the applications set up and good know how of the desktop, laptop and mobile hardware troubleshooting
Microsoft Office (capable to use and support)
Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written is a must. Other languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of basic IT principles, ITIL certification is an advantage.
You probably already have some experience in a similar role but you will now be ready to take on an even more independent role and thrive with the responsibilities and challenges you will be given in this role.
