We are looking for a passionate professional to engage in the daily management and further development of our new Digital Forensic and Internet Operations environment within Cyber Threat Management. This is an opportunity for you to join Nordea's Cyber Defence Centre and be a co-driver in supporting the mission to protect the bank and its customers.
Cyber Threat Management is the 3rd level expertise unit of the Nordea Cyber Defence Centre. The unit has 3 tracks; Investigations, Intelligence and Data Analytics. It is a trusted and highly capable entity supporting Nordea holistically and collaborating externally in fighting digital threats.

About this opportunity
The role is based in Stockholm. The team is spread across the Nordics and Poland and consists of highly technical and broadly experienced professionals within IT security.
What we have:
Newly implemented dedicated environment for investigations, intelligence and data analysis:
* Physical - so-called Redrooms in the various countries and a private data center located within Nordea premises in Stockholm
* Virtual - private cloud built on Proxmox, KVM and more
* Hardware - dozens of servers and network equipment already rack mounted and installed, specialized end-user equipment
* Software - commercial licenses are available but we prefer open source software and solutions
* Connectivity - high-speed internal network and a dedicated commercial internet connection
What we need
A passionate and professional team-player who likes to take ownership and has a strong sense of confidentiality as well as commitment.
You will:
* Engage in the daily management of the environment - like you owned it
* Work hands-on with implementations, deployments, troubleshooting and finetuning of hardware and software. Anything from access management and monitoring to restoration of backups. Keywords are performance, availability, reliability, maintainability, security, and scalability

Your experience and background:
* Demonstrated broad understanding of IT and IT Security in general
* Practical experience of networks and network security administration
* Hands-on experience of identity and access management
* Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows operating systems and services administration
* Hands-on experience in configuring network devices (e.g. vpn, firewalls, routers and switches)
* Hands-on experience in setting up and automating administration of virtual environments/private clouds
* Knowledge of automation and scripting
* Coding skills; e.g. Python, Bash, Java
You likely have a relevant university degree and/or certifications, however to excel in this position you should have a keen interest in technology and cyber security and be able to see the wider context of things. Experience working in an international setting is a plus.
In Nordea English is the working language, however for this role you also need to understand Swedish and communicate in Swedish. You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.
