The Risk Control function is within the responsibility of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and part of Entercard's second line function. It ensures that Entercard has a sound risk framework containing strategies, processes, procedures that provide oversight, expertise and support to the organization on risk-related matters. Risk control consist of the areas Financial Risk and Operational Risk and together we support Entercard in identifying, measuring, reporting and exercising control over risks. We are now looking for a Senior IT Risk Specialist to join the team in Stockholm.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior IT Risk Specialist, you will,
Be a key driver towards development and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework, with focus on IT and Information Security.
Drive and perform independent monitoring activities and support other related IT Risk activities.
Drive IT Risk Stress testing for relevant regulatory reporting.
Perform independent quality checks of control self-assessments.
Drive and develop KRIs for IT and information Security Risks
Be a key driver in change activities led by Risk Control
Support team members in other Risk Control processes in a timely manner with high quality.
To succeed in this role, you need to:
To qualify for this position, you need to have relevant experience within IT risk and Information Security, with at least 5 years of experience. You have a university degree or equivalent working experience.
As a person, you are analytical with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
You understand the business and how each part connects with one another and you have strong communication skills and know how to facilitate and present an idea.
You are proud to call yourself a team player and see the value of stakeholder management and building a network with a variety of people from executives to line managers to external parties.
You are curious about new ideas and embrace change as part of your daily work and you look beyond silos to collaborate and build the best possible solutions.
You are fluent in English.
It is preferable if you have one or more relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIPT or similar.
