hela Sverige We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a comprehensive pre-study analysis focused on transforming the Meter-to-Cash process. This role involves assessing current systems, evaluating regulatory requirements, and exploring technological advancements to define a future target state. The successful candidate will work closely with both IT and business stakeholders to develop a robust change strategy and prepare a detailed business case.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-study & Analysis:
• Conduct a thorough evaluation of existing systems, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies as part of the Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Develop a clear target picture and formulate a change strategy along with a comprehensive business case.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across IT and business domains.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technical teams and business units throughout the program.
Project Planning & Execution:
• Plan and secure necessary resources while preparing and managing the project budget.
• Monitor progress, manage time and scope, and address risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure continuous inter-team coordination and keep stakeholders well-informed at every stage.
Overall Project Leadership:
• Balance quality, budget, and timeline effectively while navigating the interface between technical and business challenges.
• Leverage high-level architectural insights to guide project decisions and outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management.
• Proven experience working in the energy market.
• Mandatory Project Management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-European project teams and large organizations.
• Expertise in time and scope management, resource efficiency, and risk and issue management.
• Experience in coordinating pre-study initiatives, including business case development.
• High-level understanding of architecture principles.
• Must be fluent in both Swedish and English (proficiency in both languages is required).
• Must be a Swedish citizen or have been a resident in Sweden for at least 5 years.

Additional Information
Work Environment:
• Our standard office policy is three days onsite and two days remote; however, additional onsite presence may be required.
• Although most collaboration will be conducted online, occasional travel will be necessary.
