hela Sverige Larsen and Toubro Infotech is currently looking for a Senior IT Project Coordinator with wide technical competence to join our client location in Stockholm.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for engaging IT technical resources and acting as the key conduit for communication between the immediate project team members and all other IT resources involved in the successful delivery of the project.
• Clearly identify the scope of each project, gain an understanding of the features, functions and potential impact of the features and functions being delivered.
• Develop IT Project Plans that include all tasks and resources associated with project delivery.
• Provide up to date IT Project Plans to Program Management Office for integration into the master project plan.
• Use typical methodologies and practices as indicated below to ensure the project is successfully completed:
• Create and maintain IT resource plans
• Create and maintain IT project plans
• Create and maintain risks mitigation plan
• Coordinate release management efforts
• Create software deviations and obtain approvals
• Issue Management ? assume leadership role and ensure all outstanding issues are identified/resolved in timely manner
• Defect Management ? work with QA Lead to ensure all outstanding defects are identified, communicated and addressed in timely manner
• Communication ? ensure appropriate level of communication occurs between all team members and stakeholders
• Delivers: IT project plan, IT resource plan, IT risk log, IT project status, Release Management (RM) Deviations, Weekly Project Scorecards, Weekly status reports
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience in IT resource management, including capacity planning across multiple programs
• PMP certification, preferred
• Certified SCRUM Master. preferred
• Program Management (PMI) skills, preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc?)
