We are now happy to announce that we are seeking for a Senior IT- manager for our Nordic Region. You will be part of Securitas Technology's Global IT organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious senior technology leader to step up to a senior transformational IT role and be responsible for delivering a number of crucial programs across the Nordic region.

What you'll be doing...
• Act as the principal technology advisor and thought leader to the assigned Business Unit or Function.
• Champion to the Business for identifying and driving innovative IT solutions.
• Lead IT transformation that drives business results.
• Communicate business needs with technology solutions team to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Influence and contribute to the overall corporate platform architecture, IT strategy and IT roadmap.
• Program manage regional rollouts of key systems while collaborating with different business stakeholders to develop competitive strategies for digital investments and innovation.
• Represent IT within the BUs by maintaining a high degree of visibility within the business and attending business meetings and appropriate management forums, providing a central point of information for all related IT activities
• Partner with the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that are appropriate and adequate to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs.
What you need for the role...
• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex IT Projects including team leadership.
• Experience with Web and Salesforce.com Technologies and Integration Platforms
• Experience and familiar with Microsoft & Oracle technologies
• Experience with ERP system implementations
• Experience with Field Mobility solutions
• Ability to openly communicate ideas with the organization and gain input from the business to influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders.
• Ability to lead and navigate in environments during change
• Deep understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy and roadmap, and business priorities
• Proven record of driving and tracking project teams from concept to full implementation in a process-based, data driven business environment.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English plus one more Scandinavian language
Key personal skills:
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
• Team player, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
