We are looking for a motivated individual with very strong technical capabilities combined with the ability and desire to learn about and work with complex system installations.
This is an opportunity for you to work in an international environment with a team of likeminded infrastructure experts in a cutting edge expanding Software Company.
The global hosting and deployment team operates from four different locations; Gothenburg, Montreal, New York and Singapore.

We are looking for someone that can help us to take the next step, to enable us to expand our business. We need to work both more structured and smarter.
This position will drive investigations to make sure we are using the best ways of working, with the appropriate tools for maintaining our infrastructure and security.
You will be a Subject Matter Expert in several aspects of infrastructure, hosted environments and configuration, serving as an advisor to both internal stakeholders in projects and programs as well as external customers.
This position will be responsible for the daily and long-term support, service of our hosted customers and also our non-hosted customers with deployments.

What do we do?
As an IT Infrastructure Expert you will spend a significant part of your time in the following areas:
• Enabling the team to provide the best hosting service ever. Today we are providing PaaS but will go towards SaaS next year.
• Become an authority on several Airline Crew Management production system installations.
• Provide application management, system administration and advanced technical support to Airline Crew Management products, according to the Service Level Agreement(s).
• Requirements definition, design and deployment of complex system installations.
• Work close to customers (both external and internal) as an infrastructure expert person.
• Work close to colleagues (in Gothenburg and other sites) as a mentor.
• Installing and maintaining cloud based servers.
• Assist the client with knowledge injections, proactive problem solving and daily management of the production installation.
• Act as the primary infrastructure contact for the customer and work internally with different teams to ensure issues are resolved with quality and within expected timeframe.

You like to take a break from technical matters from time to time in order to enjoy some social interaction!
You have expert knowledge of Unix and/or Linux and shell scripting.
You are an expert in one or more of the following areas:
• Customer relationships
• VMWare, IBM Netapp or similar
• Experience with Active Directory, IdP, SAML, LDAP and similar technologies
• Network design, administration and troubleshooting, Routers/Firewalls/NAT
• Ansible
• Univa Grid Engine
• Messaging systems such as MQ, ActiveMQ, Qpid
• Windows Server
• JBoss/Wildfly
• Databases (Oracle preferred)
• ServiceNow
• Version control (Git / Mercurial)

The team you will be working with consists of 10 system experts. The team is today serving about 30 airline customers. We are supporting all our customers 24x7 with a Follow the Sun support model.
