The Parts Supply Chain logistics are based on high flexibility, high transaction volume and short lead times. Hence, we are very much dependent on good and stable IT solutions. To support our Global Operations we have a team of 7 persons responsible for IT support (super-users/driving tickets /problem solving), IT developments (driving GAP's or development of our systems), analysis and basic system maintenance. Now we are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst who can join our team with high expertise within our complex IT landscape. In this team we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organisation within an international environment.
This is a permanent position based in Lund Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Work as a senior super user for Parts supply Chain Global Operation, learn and understand all program and applications that are used within Part Supply Chain
• Drive Gaps and tickets with GIM for our Global Solutions IT (mainly SAP/ECC/CRM/SCM)
• Analyse and find route causes
• Work with continues improvement
• Drive and be a member in projects
Qualifications
The successful candidate has a very good experience from working in/with IT systems and it's a merit if you have experience of working with SAP. The ultimate is if you also have experience within C# and Visual Basic. Good if you have experience of power BI. Preferably you have worked a couple of years after your studies. A good knowledge of Parts Supply Chain global operations will of course be beneficial.
Preferably you have a University degree or equivalent within IT as educational background. An Engineering background is appreciated. You are skilled in English, both written and spoken.
As a person You are an analytical, well organized and precise person. You are able to drive activities and deliver expected results on time. You have strong skills in collaboration, teamwork and drive activities to get the expected results.
