hela Sverige Join us as a Sr. IT Business Analyst, a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders from the Digital and Analytics Global Supply Chain Team. What you'll do:
As a Sr. IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing business requirements from multiple stakeholders and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making. You will work with colleagues globally across IT and the business to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered. You will contribute to project delivery with Requirements Analysis, Business Process Mapping, functional design and testing. You will also serve as the main point of contact for business collaborators, providing thought leadership, planning, coordination, and management of business demand including prioritization and benefits realization.
Essential skills/experience:
*
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
*
Minimum of 7 years delivering projects with focus on Data, AI and Analytics
*
Practical experience working with / supporting a Supply Chain Function
*
Demonstrated experience working as a Business Partner / Liaison between IT and Business stakeholders.
*
Deep understanding of data constructs (Mesh, Products, Knowledge Graphs, etc) which go beyond reporting and analytics, as well as hands on expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
*
Excellent communication skills (written and speaking) in English
Desirable skills/experience:
*
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
*
Proven experience in managing and delivering digital projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
*
Deep technical competence, with experience in enterprise-level systems, databases, and analytics platforms.
*
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive solutions to complex business challenges.
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
*
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across business and IT domains.
