Summary of position
Accountable to the IT Technology Manager and Uppsala Site Management team for the definition, Build and implementation of strategic projects to support significant business development of OCD Uppsala, and support such systems once implemented. The employment is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and ending in September 2010. Since our client operates in an international environment you must be able to document and communicate in both Swedish and English.
Duties & Responsabilities· Gain a strong understanding of the major business drivers for OCD Uppsala.
• Support the prioritization of strategic project proposals.
• Support the generation of business cases for major strategic projects.
• Working with the business and other stakeholders, lead the analysis of renewals and upgrades to systems establishing user requirements and functional specifications.
• Identify and document system test strategies.
• Identify, document and execute strategies for systems go-live.
• Create systems support documentation and provide training to peers and junior staff.
• Provide second line operational support for delivered business systems.
• Ensure all system changes are analyzed, designed and executed in a controlled manner.
• SM Scripting - specification, Testing and deployment.
• Application and Systems support including MS Office, Factory applications and use of J&J remote applications to local users.
Quality and Compliance Related Responsibilities
Ensure compliance of all designs and systems to GxP, IAPP, SOX, 21 CFR Part 11 standards as appropriate.Adhere to company CAPA and Change management processes.Ensures that all activities are carried out in compliance with all regulations and laws governing business and quality operations (QSR/GMP, ISO, etc.).Responsible for ensuring staff and department compliance with all local, national, international and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

Qualifications
We believe that you have at least a Degree Level within science or computing. It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT as well as experience in system analysis and project management. Experience of working in high compliance industry preferably in health care will also be valued. You must be able to take a leadership position within a project team with specific note that they will be expected to provide direct leadership to contract staff working on projects. Candidates should posses good social skills and be strong team players. It is also important to be well organized, driving, independent and accurate.
Essential
• Systems analysis.
• Previous experience working in projects, ability to coordinate complex tasks with cross site scheduling.
• Experience with document handling, writing SOP?s, test documentation etc.
• Experience in evaluating and test software.
• PC support on Windows XP.
• Server maintenance on Windows 2003 Server (users, Backup / recovery).
• Ability to be self motivated and self reliant and to work as virtual teams.
