The newly formed Collateral team in Retail Banking provides group-wide IT solutions that enable fast and high-quality collateral management services in Nordea.
The position we offer
As an IT Analyst you will be part of building our processes and culture from within.
Initially, you will work in a large development program, exchanging several local collateral systems to one Nordic. This will allow you to build an extensive understanding of the collateral management processes in Nordea, and securing a smooth transition from program to line organization.
Supporting our agile setup with analytical competence, you will be part in driving the work to deliver solutions that are aligned to our stakeholder's priorities. Working with business translating business requirements into implemented system code is also part of the job.
You always strive to secure that the solutions ensure robustness and IT operational stability, and that they are aligned to our established Business Architecture.
In your daily work, you will work close together with our business and IT partners, securing that we have a solid understanding of their needs for business value from an IT perspective. You will also work closely with different colleagues in both the program and IT line organisations, as well as with business partners from other areas in the company.
You will work in an international environment with experienced people from across the Nordics and our offshore location in India.
Some travelling should be expected.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for you who are a self-starter and curious, where you make sure you find the information you need to make a great job.
You are proactive and a skilled driver who can facilitate workshops to collect input and establish reviews. You are able to participate in design, building, testing and documentation of solutions.
We further believe that you:
• Have experience from agile software development and a strong knowledge of agile practices and principles, and hopefully also from working with SAFe.
• Have an analytical and problem-solving mind-set, with ability to turn ideas into hands-on practical actions.
• Have the ability to find the right level and type of communication to various stakeholders.
• Have excellent English skills.
If you possess an expertise in Datastage for data cleansing and data migration, it will be considered as a huge bonus, and if you also have experience from working with distributed team that will be highly valued.
You are known as a person who is easy to work with, and we believe that you enjoy collaboration and generously share knowledge and give feedback to your colleagues. Together with product owners and IT colleagues you can interpret requirements and find the right approach to move forward towards the target vision.
