hela Sverige Your main objective will be to ensure successful deliveries of IS projects - on time, according to budget and with high quality. You will lead allocated project teams, control project management processes and ensure that standards and methods are followed. This position also involves managing stakeholders' expectations, establishing strong customer relationships and collaborating with our Business Project, Workforce and Service Manager. Other assignments are:
• Defining project documents
• Monitoring and controlling project progresses and financials
• Executing IS project communication and reporting performance against plan
• Proactively managing and mitigating project risks
• Ensuring that the project applies contract and claims management according to contractual agreements
• Ensuring successful project close downs
• Sharing lessons learned and mentoring more junior project managers.
Project related travel may be required during certain project phases.
Operating as Senior IS Project Manager requires great time management, decision making and negotiation skills. It is also important that you are flexible, persistent as well as quality and result focused. You are an exceptional leader and collaborator who serves as role model for each project team member and effectively utilizes their potential to the fullest. Given your strong communication skills, you effectively build long-term relationships customers and stakeholders.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management or equivalent, or related work experience. This you combine with at least eight years' project management experience, partially within the IT/IS area. Experience from ERP (SAP) finance systems, supply chain management, marketing and sales, product configurations, PDM and PLM systems, analytical and business performance tools or general IS systems is required. Moreover, this position also puts high demands on your knowledge of business processes and change management. Experience from working in large global organizations and leading large complex business programs and projects is qualifying, as is a PMI or PRINCE2 certificate and experience from IS project management within ABB. Proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.

For our growing Nordics team, we are currently looking for candidates (4) for the position of Senior IS Project Managers to build our Project Management capability. As Senior IS Project Manager, you will strengthen our IS Project Management Organization, delivering high quality IS services to ABB units worldwide, by building our project management capability.
