Yale Doorman and Yale Linus are the first of many exciting new smart locks that together with alarm systems and surveillance cameras will make people's homes smarter and safer. We continue to grow our development team in Malmö, Sweden.
On behalf of Yale Smart Residential - Assa Abloy, we are looking for a senior IOS application developer.

The successful candidate will help to deliver new features and maintain the IOS application for next generation of smart door locks. The phone application interfaces our product locally via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and remote over the internet via our servers. We are leading the development of new connection technologies such as Matter. It will involve working in a cross functional, product development team comprising of product management, backend developers, app developers, and other technical specialists spanning from Asia, via Malmo, Europe and into Silicon Valley. You will not only learn, but also you will be part of delivering real products used by consumers globally.

The Opportunity
The IOS Mobile App Developer will work with the organisation to maintain, update and evolve the critical part of the product offer and user experience - the mobile application...
Besides this, your key duties will include but are not limited to:
Participate in IOS mobile app development.
Help to turn feature requirements into solution with consideration to scalability, modularity, robustness, uptime, and security.
Work in a small team and be hands-on; coding, prototyping etc.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics:
Senior IOS developer
Demonstrable knowledge of IOS development preferably with experience from IoT, Bluetooth technologies or similar technologies for consumer products.
Knowledge of software development methods and toolchains
An exceptional eye for detail, whilst understanding broader context
An excellent team player but also able to contribute on an individual basis.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with ability to provide solutions on an individual basis.
Must be inquisitive and show willingness to continuously improve and learn.
Willing to work in an international environment, with occasional travel.
