We are now looking for a senior IT auditor with interests in and experience from business processes. About the job Internal Audit is the third line of defense in the control functions. We report independently our work to the board. The group IT-audit consists of eight colleagues, five in Sweden and the others in the Baltics. As an Internal Auditor you will work in a wide area that covers the entire scope of SEB IT-organization. Together with the team you perform audits of IT-functions within Business Support, and sometimes joint audits with other Internal Audit functions, all over the group. You will be introduced to and continuously trained in audit techniques. The team covers a global perspective so occasional travelling in order to support SEB international entities is part of the job. We work mostly in teams were you sometimes are an Auditor delivering your part, while in other assignments you are Team Leader with overall responsibility for the audit activity. Who are you? To be successful you need a certain experience of analytic and/or managing nature. Today you are probably a broad generalist with experience by similar roles and have been so for at least 5 years. You can assess both business processes and relate to underlying technology. You have high integrity and can argue for your opinion. Fluency in spoken and excellence in written English is necessary. Analytic skills to assess and conclude on audited areas are the core of our profession, and experience of Data Analytics would be appreciated. You are interested in how legislation and risk management affects the Product and IT-delivery at SEB. You are dedicated, curious, enthusiastic and self-propelled in your assignments. You deliver on time and scope, and keep a close dialogue with your colleagues and auditees. You can deliver independently even though we work in teams. You interact freely with your colleagues to share and receive experience. Finally, you are an excellent communicator to various stakeholders. This assignment will bridge over technology and business audit. All sorts of certifications in the area of Information Security like CISSP, CISA, CISM or CIA are advantageous.
